Didier brings Polaroo calm, structure and experience, but above all, knowledge of team and project management. The best professional advice he has received is “never criticize without providing an alternative solution to what you criticize”.
He's French, although he's almost native in Spanish! He recognizes that before coming to Polaroo he was a very happy person, but now, being here, he is even happier.
There is something that Polaroo has achieved that no one would have achieved in their life, and that is “setting up a project and working with friends” and if anything What makes him really proud is “having created a very good team with high quality people”.
The most important lesson he has learned so far is “to always know how to question what we do at all levels and adapt to the situation”, something that did not happen in any of the companies where he worked before.

Eloi came to Polaroo looking for her first contact with the work environment. Why here? “Because we all have our opinions, our backgrounds, but when we have to explain things to ourselves or decide, we all listen to each other and everything is taken into account. Once something has been decided, We are all going to one with it, even if at first we were against it”.
In this time he has learned many things, but he is left with one: to lose the fear of making mistakes, “those who do not try to do it are not wrong”. He would always return to London, although one of his big pending trips is New York. If his life were a movie; it would be called “A Sea of Coincidences” and for very familiar reasons he would live on a continuous 26th of December.
